Heritage Listed Building in Lismore
The Winsome Hotels is a heritage listed building. It is massive three storey Edwardian hotel constructed of dark red face brickwork, the lower two storeys are screened on both street elevations with an exceptionally fine cast iron verandah featuring balustrading panels with Art Nouveau designed patterns. The first two floors were built c 1900 with the top floor being added in 1925. Each facade to the street has a heavily ornamented stuccoed parapet incorporating the hotel's name. Detail is mostly intact.
