Dallas the current owner of The Winsome Hotel Lismore has created a space where you can come as you are or as glamorous as you like. He has given this beautiful old historical Pub a complete make over. The renovations bring a touch of class and elegance not yet seen in Lismore.

The Winsome Hotel Lismore is expanding
After officially taking over on June 5, new manager Malcolm Fine is looking to use his years of experience in the hospitality & accommodation industry to take The Winsome Hotel Lismore to new heights.
The new restaurant Girards is now open, "The menu will have a Classic French note blended with modern Australian cuisine," said Malcolm. "It’ll offer a little bit of everything utilising the best local and organic produce, we will also have a cafe operating offering delicious home made cakes and desserts".
"We’ll also continue with tasty bar snacks and most of the restaurants a la Carte meals will be under $20."
With two-levels, including the recently renovated ensuite accommodation and conference space, there is room to hold any special event from an office party to a wedding.
Malcolm spent many years overseas in the bar and restaurant industry and will use his talents to turn the grand old lady of Lismore, ‘The Winsome Hotel’ into the place to be.
So come and connect, have fun, in an environment where everyone is welcome, excepted and treated with respect. It's a place where you can find people who care.
A place where all can come and connect with friendly people during a game of Backgammon, Chess, Pool or even for a Black Tie Affair.
The Tuesday Night ‘Jazz and Blues in the Winsome Lounge’ has been a great success and will resume in the new year(date to be announced), on Wednesdays enjoy the fun with Mary-Ann and Karaoke. On Thursday night join us to hear some great live music, on Fridays get the best of both worlds, upstairs is our 60’s, 70’s and 80’s retro night and downstairs the best Underground DJ’s play the wickedest House, Breaks, Electro and Dub sounds.
Perhaps you would like to dine in the beautiful, Historic, Dining Room. The food is superb and offers something for every family member.
Their second floor the Outdoor Veranda Area, boasts beautiful views of the River and its two historical bridges, as well as spectacular views of the hills reach around the town like hands of love.
